PUBLIC PROGRAMMING PUBLIC PROGRAMMING

Public Programming plays a vital role in the operations of Dogwood Crossing.  There are a number of permanent activities that are held, as well as opportunities sought to add value to activities offered to the community on a regular basis.  Various activities include:

Toddler Tuesday - held twice a month for young children under school age, and their parents and carers.  This fun and interactive program aims to deliver qualtiy arts and literacy activities.

Art and Alzheimer's Program - it is anticipated that during mid 2012 this program will commence as an outreach program of the National Gallery, partnering with Dogwood Crossing, and Miles and DIstrict Queensland Health Service.  This exciting and innovative program will be eagerly welcomed.

Workshops - an increasing component of the Dogwood Crossing Public Program Calendar.  These activities are held as opportunities and funding become available, and often link or relate to exhibitions being held within the gallery.
