Contemporary Artist Kristen Flynn creates various print works that explore and communicate identity. For this workshop Flynn will work with participants to create a self-portrait using lino-printing and collage techniques. From design planning to relief printmaking and collage, your child will learn several different creative skills in this three-hour workshop.

MINIMAKERS for children 6 – 12 years old
Creating Characters
with Sarah Davis
Local Artist Sarah Davis uses a variety of mediums on canvas and paper to create vibrant scenes using colourful characters and patterns. In this two-hour workshop Davis will encourage the participants to use their imaginations to design a flower or mushroom character using drawing and collage. Attendees can choose to do character based on themselves or on a person they know.
