The purpose of the interest free loans is to assist in providing an improved standard of facility (either new or upgraded) for club members and the general public. 

The amount of money to be set aside, as the total funding available for this purpose (the “Loan Pool”), is to be $250,000.  The minimum loan to be made to any one organisation for any one project is to be $5,000 and the maximum loan is to be $50,000.
