Ordinary meetings of Council are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. The first meeting of the month will be held at the Dalby Corporate Office, with the second meeting held on a rotational basis at the Chinchilla, Jandowae, Miles Tara and Wandoan Customer Services Centres.
