Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project: Reference Number 3.1/2/09-10 Western Downs Planning Scheme All technical enquiries are to be directed to Mr Matthew Wilson on telephone (07) 4672 1160 or mobile 0409 893415. Submissions may be posted to:- Chief Executive Officer or delivered to Council's Tender Box located in the Executive Area (upper floor) Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby. All submissions must be clearly marked "Reference 3.1/2/09-10 Western Downs Planning Scheme". Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on 28 January, 2010. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid. Council reserves the right to divulge the names of respondents to bona fide enquirers and may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 488 of the Local Government Act 1993. Council also reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions. >
