The shapes, textures and unusual things she observed changed her artistic perspective. Working with her artist friend Fiona Livingstone they set out to capture the aspects of Miles she found so special. Fiona’s talent for black pen drawings set the style for their collaborative exhibition. The monochromatic nature of Fiona’s work linked with Cindy’s view of the often bleached landscapes highlighted by dark shadows and distinct textures that she encountered around Miles.
